10 Most Defensible Claims

Flagship IP claims representing genuine industry firsts — verified against published art at time of session registration.

1
Lean-4 Formal Verification for AI Compliance C-255

First enterprise AI OS to apply mathematical formal verification (Lean-4 proof assistant) to compliance assertions. Proof, not promises — industry first with no published prior art at time of registration.

Evaluation & Testing Industry First
2
MCP Federation Governance C-256

Cross-agent protocol governance layer using Model Context Protocol federation. Governs agent-to-agent communication under enterprise constitutional law — no equivalent exists in the market.

Architecture No Equivalent
3
Sovereign + Egress + 8-Industry LLM Routing C-257

LLM routing layer that simultaneously enforces data sovereignty, zero-egress guarantees, and industry-specific compliance rules across 8 regulated verticals in a single inference path.

Architecture Industry First
4
ACE Loop — 6-Phase Autonomous Capability Evaluation

Self-healing, self-improving OS loop with 18-metric evaluation harness. The ACE loop makes OrchestrAI OS the first enterprise AI control plane that continuously improves itself in production.

Intelligence & Memory Self-Improving OS
5
Glass Dome Transparency Architecture

Zero-hallucination guarantee enforced at the OS layer. Every agent decision is visible, auditable, and verifiable in real time. The only enterprise AI OS with a structural transparency guarantee.

Operations & Observability Structural Guarantee
6
Enterprise Intelligence Compounding Flywheel

EWAYA living organism model — every session, every R-record, and every agent compounds into a network effect that no competitor can reverse-engineer. The OS gets more valuable the more it is used.

Intelligence & Memory Network Effect
7
7-Surface Memory Director

Cross-surface persistent memory architecture that maintains coherent agent state across 8 live surfaces. R-records (169+ lessons) persist, compound, and govern agent behavior across every session.

Intelligence & Memory Cross-Surface Memory
8
IndiaFinBench — 406 Q-A Eval Benchmark

First published AI evaluation benchmark for Indian financial regulation, covering RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI. 406 validated question-answer pairs — the industry's compliance yardstick for FSI AI in India.

Evaluation & Testing First Benchmark
9
Zero-Coding A380 Principle

The architectural doctrine that business users set the destination, the OS handles everything else. No AI/ML engineers required. Operationalized through ADLC triple-gate and agent-native deployment.

GTM & Commercial Design Doctrine
10
Constitutional Pod — 9-Agent Governance Layer

A dedicated pod of 9 AI agents whose sole purpose is governance of all other agents. The Constitutional Pod enforces all 75 laws in real time — the first AI-governed AI governance layer in enterprise software.

How IP Claims Work

The OrchestrAI IP claim framework is a first-of-its-kind session-anchored IP registration system.

1

Session-Anchored

Every claim is registered within a specific build session (S1–S49+). The session timestamp is the anchor — immutable, auditable, verifiable.

2

CVO-Registered

All claims are inserted into the Central Verification Oracle (CVO) Postgres database. LAW-14 mandates: numbers from CVO only — no relayed counts, no synthetic data.

3

Non-Synthetic

LAW-101 (LAW-101: No Fabricated Work) — CI gate blocks any synthetic or fabricated claim. Every C-# maps to real delivered code, real benchmarks, or real architectural decisions.

4

Non-Backdatable

Git commit hashes, session IDs, and CVO timestamps create a tamper-proof chain of custody. No claim can be backdated without invalidating the entire chain.
